When you use our guided seller conversation, request a valuation, or contact us, you may provide:

- Business information — your business name, industry, years in operation, approximate revenue and earnings ranges, reason for considering a sale, and desired timeline.
- Anything you choose to share — optional notes or messages you send to our advisors.
We save your answers progressively as you move through the conversation, so if you step away, we can still follow up and you don’t have to start over. Everything you share is held in confidence.
3. Information Collected Automatically
When you visit our website, we automatically collect certain technical and marketing information:
- Device and browser data — your browser type and user agent string.
- Referral and campaign data — the page that referred you to us, the page you landed on, and campaign parameters in the URL (such as utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, Google click IDs, and Facebook click IDs).

4. Meta (Facebook) Pixel & Conversions API
We use the Meta Pixel, an analytics and advertising tool provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. (“Meta,” the company behind Facebook and Instagram). The Meta Pixel is a small piece of code on our website that sets cookies (including the “_fbp” and “_fbc” cookies) and allows Meta and us to:
- Measure the effectiveness of our advertising — for example, knowing that someone who saw one of our ads later started or completed our seller conversation.
- Build advertising audiences — so we can show relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram to people who visited our site, and reach new people similar to our clients.
- Understand how visitors use our site — which pages are viewed, which buttons are clicked, and which form steps are completed.
In addition to the browser-based Pixel, we use the Meta Conversions API, which sends the same kinds of events to Meta directly from our servers. When we do this, personal identifiers such as your email address, phone number, and name are hashed (irreversibly scrambled using SHA-256) before being sent, in accordance with Meta’s requirements. Meta uses these hashed identifiers only to match events to Facebook or Instagram accounts for measurement and advertising purposes.
Events we may share with Meta include: page views, clicks on our call-to-action buttons, starting our seller conversation, completing individual form steps, providing contact information, and completing the full conversation. These events may be accompanied by non-identifying details such as your business industry or revenue range so we can measure which of our ads reach the right business owners.
Meta processes this data in accordance with its own Data Policy, available at https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy. Meta may connect this data to your Facebook or Instagram account if you have one.
5. Your Advertising Choices & Opting Out
You have several ways to limit or opt out of advertising-related tracking:
